RETURNS POLICY.
Every effort will be made to ensure that our products will arrive within the stated time scale and be in perfect condition. Should you for any reason, have any queries or be unhappy with your purchases, then please contact us as soon as they arrive and return them within seven working days, entitling you to a refund less postage or an exchange. The goods should be in the original condition, unused and well packed to ensure safe return and please remember to ask the post office for a proof of posting certificate. All returns will be dealt with as quickly as possible, but please note that we are not responsible for the return postage other than for incorrect or faulty items.

LEGAL STATEMENT

PRICING
Prices are valid until December 31st 2012. We reserve the right to increase our prices should the suppliers increase their prices significantly in the meantime.

SUPPLY
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions, specifications of sizes and colours are as accurate as photographic and production processes will allow. All the lampshades, lampbases and wall light are original ideas designed and created for Bay Design by Michele Bayford and as such we reserve all rights to these designs.

PRODUCT WARNINGS
Every Lampshade has a clearly visible label stating maximum wattage of bulb to be used.
